Hi there!

Who am I?

Existential, right? That was done by design. :)

To boil it down, I am a User Experience Designer based in the New York Metropolitan area with a background in Customer Success, Account Management, Fine Arts, and Business. I love creating custom experiences to make sure each customer’s journey is the best one possible.

I also love a good joke. What’s work without a little fun?

Before discovering my passion for UX Design, I explored the realm of Fine Arts for a short time before becoming a Customer Success Manager at a real estate tech company. Through working directly with customers using a proprietary tech platform, I realized just how important it was to have products that were intuitive to the person it was meant to be used by - surely figuring out how to use a platform isn’t that hard, right? Boy, was I wrong.

It didn’t take me long before I realized that all I really wanted to do was create, but with my experiences working directly with customers, I wanted to be able to create for them. I wanted to find something that let me not only further my love of visual design and color theory, but something that would let me solve problems, streamline processes, and deliver tangible results.

Moving my career in this direction makes so much sense, and work actually feels exciting because UX Design combines everything I’m already interested in into one neat little package. Being able to combine my passions and genuine interests in visual design, color theory, human psychology, and abstract problem solving is so exciting because I will be able to make a difference in how people interact with their products, and be able to make their lives inherently a little bit easier.

What can I do?

I’m so glad you asked!

Through a human-centered approach, I am able to come up with solutions and workflows that ensure customer retention, increase brand loyalty, and drive business results with these uniquely tailored experiences. I make sure I fully understand the human that will be using the product, and design experiences so unique to them that they will keep coming back for more.

My skills include empathetic design, quantitative and qualitative research, competitive analysis, written and oral communication, user flow creation, wireframing and prototyping, usability testing, stakeholder management, and Figma.
